Footsteps2Brilliance® is looking for a dynamic and experienced former educator or school leader to champion literacy initiatives in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties as a Client Success Manager.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in implementing and sustaining effective literacy strategies that drive measurable results across districts and communities. This hybrid position combines remote work with on-site visits to schools and community organizations. You’ll collaborate with educators, families, and local leaders to ensure that children enter school ready to learn and are reading proficiently by third grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional development for educators and school leaders, including on-site training, classroom coaching, and leadership workshops
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular in-person and virtual meetings
• Monitor program implementation and record communications and activities using Footsteps2Brilliance systems
• Plan and facilitate community events that promote literacy and family engagement
• Support the client growth strategy and ensure consistent, high-quality adoption of the Footsteps2Brilliance platform

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of elementary classroom teaching experience (PreK–3 preferred)
• Strong background in literacy instruction, ideally spanning K–8
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills and comfort with digital learning tools, platforms, and data tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
• Experience working in diverse, underserved communities and engaging with a wide range of stakeholders—including superintendents, community leaders, principals, teachers, parents, and students
• Creative, strategic thinker and proactive problem-solver
• Must be a current resident of San Bernardino or Riverside County
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred)
