Osceola Reads is a literacy initiative that provides the reading app Footsteps2Brilliance to all Osceola County children, completely free. They have created tablet tables that allow children to use Footsteps2Brilliance in medical centers. Parents can download the app onto their phones and tablets when in the waiting rooms.
