- Size of Implementation – Participation from the district must include a minimum of 50 students.
- Define success – The goal will be to use the average literacy proficiency score growth in Footsteps2Brilliance data to show that the district has tripled their Footsteps2Brilliance average literacy proficiency score. The district and F2B will mutually agree upon the target goal during the implementation planning process.
- Duration – The contract is 2024 – 2025 school year and 2025 – 2026 school year. The 2024– 2025 School year is the duration of the grantee offer.
- Payment – The contract is a 2-year contract, renewable at the end of year 2. Year 1 will be paid in full prior to the beginning of implementation. If the target goals are reached by the end of the 2024 – 2025 school year, then the contract will auto renew for Year 2 and payment will be made in full to Footsteps2Brilliance. If the target goals are not reached by the end of 2024 – 2025 school year, then the contract will auto renew for Year 2 and there will be no payment due to Footsteps2Brilliance for Year 2.
- Implementation Success Plan – This plan should include:
- Documentation of the agreed-upon success metrics
- Start & End dates .
- Training plan & dates (Set up of devices and roster must be completed BEFORE training. Initial training of all educators must be completed within the first 60 days of the implementation.)
- Monthly Data Walks must be adhered to by all parties with 100% participation.
- Commit to a minimum of 45 minutes per week for each student for a minimum of 10 weeks.

- Names of teachers & positions
- Client support and attention.
- Each implementation will have at least one in-person visit by a salesperson and/or a Client Success Manager.
- A series of webinars will be provided for the network taking place across the country.
